The New England Coalition for Cancer Survivorship

The mission of the New England Coalition for Cancer Survivorship (NECCS) is to Educate, Advocate and Empower those whose lives have been affected by cancer in the New England region.

NECCS is a 501(C)3 non-profit organization which incorporated in 1997. It is comprised of patients/survivors, family members, friends, caregivers, and cancer-related organizations who work together to address the common issues that affect quality of life for New England cancer survivors. Those affiliated with the Coalition are committed to the cancer survivorship movement because they understand the challenges of the disease and its treatments. In many cases, Survivors are helping Survivors.

The Coalition believes cancer survivorship begins at the life-altering moment of diagnosis and continues as the patient, their family, friends and caregivers live with, through, and beyond cancer.
